Please use proper quoting.

You either didn't read or did not understand the docs: You cannot
expect an MTA config file to be self-explanatoriy. E-Mail _is_
complicated.

If you say so, then everything is fine and the problem must be on your
ISP's side. You're at this very moment wasting _my_ time by forcing me
to explain that I would like to see whether your exim is
authenticating to your smarthost or not.

Thus your question was answered.

I can just guess that your ISP is dropping messages on the floor based
on envelope contents or that there is something wrong with their
authentication setup. This is impossible to debug without having
authentication credentials to the smrthost _and_ deep SMTP knowledge.
