[Pkg-exim4-users] Exim4 saying network unreachable. Why, nothings changed

Your system isn't. I think that exim shouldn't try IPv6 in this case.

no IPv6 address.

But I haven't run exim in a non-smarthost, IPv6 less environment in a
decade. I don't know how it is supposed to behave any more.
