[Pkg-exim4-users] using exim4 with Rogers Broadband Internet

I used to use Rogers then switched to other companies for a while. They 
recently offered me a deal that was too good to refuse to return, so I did.

Unfortunately I can't get Exim4 configured to let me send e-mail through 
Rogers. I rely on this for lots of things...

I have it running on my Debian/Stretch server and laptop, and on my 
Debian/Buster desktop so it's not a version-specific problem.

I do know it was possible a few years ago but they may have changed 
their e-mail system since then.

Has anyone got this working?
