[Pkg-exim4-users] Fyi: if you are using >= 4.91 exim and added CHECK_DATA_VERIFY_HEADER_SYNTAX previously, remove it

Due to a bug in exim4-config introduced at that time, it started causing
header syntax checks to not happen, and the default became for them to
