[Pkg-exppsy-pymvpa] Restructuring mvpa module layout

Hi,

[ just a quick note before anyone merges alioth/mh/master ]

in my branch I moved lots of files around. Basically every submodule now
has a base.py which contains the common stuff (e.g. base classes).
The situation before was that every submodule had such a file, but it
had a more or less random name.

The resulting diff of the commits

	18993ce987fee35c3739da4e5239a2a6c945b007
	8727c76388cdd616f42924c08bccc9df4cffbab4
	cd6712cb48d5fe4646958c8f4958b8adaaef3b62

is rather huge, but besides the new locations nothing changes.
