[pymvpa] New {release, developer, award}!

Hey,

I have some very nice announcements to make:

First, a very warm welcome to Emanuele Olivetti who joined the list of the
PyMVPA developers!

Second, we are going to have a new release (0.2) in May! If you want to
have anything in PyMVPA, post it till 28th May. This new release will be
a MAJOR improvement: new classifiers, new and more powerful framework
additions (even simplifications), new documentation, more examples, ....

Third, PyMVPA was first presented with a poster at the annual conference
of the 'German Society for Psychophysiology and its Application'. It
generated a good amount of positive feedback (and we also won a poster
prize ;). The poster is here:

(and will also be part of our new website, which will appear with the
new release).
