[pymvpa] glmnet

sorry -- we haven't cooked Windows installer for 0.4.3 yet.

What exactly the problem (cut/paste of error would help) you are
confronted on Windows? have you got through 
http://www.pymvpa.org/installation.html#build-win
to see if you have necessary prerequisites for building from sources?

as for rpy/glmnet -- could you run

import mvpa
mvpa.debug.active = ['EXT.*']

mvpa.externals.exists('rpy')
mvpa.externals.exists('glmnet')
mvpa.externals.exists('rpy', force=True)
mvpa.externals.exists('glmnet', force=True)

I wonder if you don't have any config file stored somewhere which would
have 'has glmnet = no'
