[pymvpa] another way to create bold.nii.gz from analyze

Another option: on Windows I use dcm2niigui.exe (from Mricron installer) to
convert .3D img/.hdr ANALYZE volumes to .4D img/.hdr NIFTI. There is a
"File" menu / Nifti 3D -> 4D.
