Both the 2.5 and 2.6 versions in macports are updated to 0.4.3 and should be available generally in about an hour.

As usual, users will need to sudo port sync first.

Users should be aware that the current binutils in macports is broken (2.20) and will result in a failed atlas build (which pymvpa indirectly depends on through shogun). 2.19 binutils should be used instead if any.
