[pymvpa] x offset with pynifti niftiimage

Thanks for your reply Michael. I couldn't figure out how to reply to the
thread on the mailing list but I wanted to let you know that when I wrote
the .nii files without compression, it fixed the x offset issue. I'm using a
Mac. Not sure what the issue is with writing .nii.gz but glad I know a
workaround!
