[pymvpa] normalize within each searchlight

What kind of normalization are you aiming at.

I guess 'manual' is best. you can compute _any_ measure inside the
searchlight -- simply compose the processing that shall be performed,
including any normalization, and assign it to the searchlight.
Needless to mention that univariate preprocessing should be done
outside/prior searchlights to save cpu-cycle.
