[pymvpa] python 2.6

[Abduljalil Sireis]

The problem was with the  64 version, now it is Ok with 32 version. In the
programs list I didn't find pyMVPA and also I plugged-in AFNI. It works
well but there are necessary functions which do not exist such as 3dSVM.
