[pymvpa] issue with analyze file

Dear all,

I'm trying to figure out a problem about origin parameter of a hdr file.
I have a 4d functional hdr/img image, opened with ni.load(path)

when I look at image header I have:

origin         : [24942 28257 29696     0     0]

using afni nifti_tools I have on qform sform quite similar values

qform_code : 24832
sform_code : 28270

My question is, are these information important for image loading using
nibabel? Or if I have two images (e.g. a functional and a ROI) with
different origin parameter but same affine matrix transformation does
nibabel extract the right signal from the given ROI, I basically use also
pymvpa?
I've tried to also to copy functional header information to ROI header, but
when I read information, origins are set to zero!
