Without more information it would be hard to give detailed instructions. Also, please note that this is a PyMVPA forum, not an AFNI forum.

Some ideas:
- have you looked at the AFNI installation instructions?
- if you are unable to install AFNI, you may want to ask at the AFNI message board [2]

In any case, consider reading "how to ask questions to smart way" [3] if you have not done so yet.
