[pymvpa] Estimation of GLM parametrs

Dear All,

I am currently considering data from my the first chunk in which I have 5 random repetitions of 5 conditions. When I try to use the fit_hrf_model function the output automatically averages across the targets resulting in 6 maps (5 conditions  + rest). Is there a way to extract a beta estimate for each repetition of each target separately? i tried playing with condition_attr but no luck so far. 

Would i need to reconstruct the attributes file?
