[pymvpa] Chnks length error using bids/pymvpa

I totally forgot about developed by Sajjad PyMVPA BIDS-app.  I am not
familiar with its functioning so can't immediately come up with the
answer.  Might be a bug within the app itself, and might be worth
filing a bug report at https://github.com/BIDS-Apps/PyMVPA while
providing more information (e.g. nib-ls output on the *nii.gz files in
question etc)

so it is 3 times more... any factor of 3 coming into mind? (sessions
etc)
