It looks like we have a software dependency issue that will take a little time to sort out.&nbsp; In the mean time, maybe we can discuss the figure you sent.&nbsp; Am I correct in interpretting that the color scale in the image reflects the percent of correct classification for each voxel?&nbsp; Other than presenting a basic example of how the data can be represented, is this example designed to emphasize a particular point (e.g., significance of searchlight radius).<br>

</div>I&#39;d say that matplotlib is indeed the problem. The failing example uses<br>
masked array for the brain slices and there are a few related bugfixes<br>
after the release of 0.91.2 in the matplotlib changelog.<br>

I have checked both version 0.87 and 0.98 of matplotlib and they work<br>
fine -- could you try to up- or downgrade matplotlib?<br>
