<div>&nbsp;Dear pyMVPA experts, </div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>&nbsp;I&#39;m wondering how people end up getting the preprocessed bold.nii.gz files&nbsp;in order to use&nbsp;it for pyMVPA.&nbsp;</div>
<div>&nbsp;Till now, I&#39;ve been using&nbsp;analyze format in SPM, but I think I need to consider using FSL (or AFNI, Freesurfer, etc) for preprocessing if it makes my life easier. </div>
<div>&nbsp;I attempted do the preprocessing using 4D nifti in SPM5, but apprently, it didnt&#39; work. So, below are two options that come up to my mind in order to make the data files ready for myMVPA. </div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>&nbsp;1) preprocessing anlyze format files using SPM5 -&gt; convert&nbsp;analyze&nbsp;into&nbsp;3D nifti&nbsp;in FSL -&gt; convert 3D nifti into 4D nifti in FSL&nbsp;</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>&nbsp;2)&nbsp;preprocessing directly in the FSL using 4D nifti (not sure if FSL&nbsp;can automatically separate it into 3D&nbsp;nifti) -&gt; Done!&nbsp;</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>&nbsp;Any recommendation or advice would be greatly appreciated.&nbsp;</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>&nbsp;Thanks,&nbsp;</div>
