Thanks for your reply Michael. I couldn&#39;t figure out how to reply to the thread on the mailing list but I wanted to let you know that when I wrote the .nii files without compression, it fixed the x offset issue. I&#39;m using a Mac. Not sure what the issue is with writing .nii.gz but glad I know a workaround!<br>
