<div dir="ltr">I'm trying to follow the tutorial on significance testing here <a href="http://www.pymvpa.org/tutorial_significance.html">http://www.pymvpa.org/tutorial_significance.html</a> but in the section on  binomial proportion confidence intervals I notice that these two functions (<span class="">prediction_target_matches</span><span class="">,</span>
<span class=""></span><span class="">BinomialProportionCI</span><span class=""></span>) aren't included and the module reference directs to a permissions error for the server. <br><br>Are they no longer recommended or just that experimental.<br><br>Thanks.<br></div>
