It is currently applied to the SVN.

Another user sent me another patch which looks cleaner, so I need to review 
and test it in order to choose one of them before uploading a fixed package.

I won't have time for this until about one week. In the mean time, you still 
can try the current svn package, available at svn://svn.debian.org/pkg-fglrx/
