[Pkg-fglrx-devel] Bug#505314: can confirm that 8.10 fixes the bug

I'm going to echo what Henning said.  I went ahead and ran the 8.10 
installer straight from ATI, and I can confirm that the newer driver 
fixes the bug, and now Blender (and presumably other apps) are usable.  

There are still some (perhaps related) residual bugs, for instance, 
the GNOME panel doesn't redraw while running Blender, and viewing a 
youtube video fullscreen from iceweasel won't redraw after the window 
is closed.  But, nothing that prevents apps from being usable, 
and sufficient to address the bug as presented in the report.
