[Pkg-fglrx-devel] Bug in temporary backport for squeeze/testing?

Hello,

Currently I can't install the fglrx-driver in non-free on my amd64 debian machine,
after migrating to squeeze.

I tried installing the driver backport (i386) for squeeze as mentioned here:

http://alioth.debian.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=2886

I repacked the package for my amd64 machine, as it was described on the mailing list:

http://www.mail-archive.com/debian-bugs-rc@lists.debian.org/msg186775.html

Until this point it worked quite well. However, when installing the fglrx-driver package,
apt finds a conflict with xserver-xorg-core, as described in this bug:

http://www.mail-archive.com/debian-bugs-closed@lists.debian.org/msg240376.html

That bug seems to be solved with the newest version of the package in sid,
so could it be, that the current temp-backboard still has this bug?

Greetings,
 Jan Niemeyer
