thanks for your report, anyway it is grave.

Would you test the latest svn packaging
(http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/pkg-fglrx/fglrx-driver/trunk/debian) these
days? It should be fixed now and it was my fault because I tested the
package itself with xserver 1.4 which does not ship this file.
