Hi
I just compiled a vanilla 2.6.28.9 and I have the same problem (I also tried 
vanilla kernel + flush_tlb_patch + official catalyst 9.2 from ati and I have 
the same problem too).
I even reinstalled debian sid amd64 in another partition :(
