[Pkg-fglrx-devel] Support for dkms

Hi,

I have comitted some basics for the dkms support in fglrx, see commit
r310, it is not completed and currently I see the following fields for
our todo list:

* Install source files in the package
* Install the dkms.conf
* Fit up the dkms.conf for fglrx, I cherry taken it from the openafs
package.
* Generate the version number etc on build time in debian/rules in the
dkms.conf template.

My VAC is over and now I have to do a lot of private and business staff,
so I do not have the time atm, would be nice if you could do the job.
