Package: fglrx-driver
Version: 1:10-5-1
Severity: normal
Hi,
in order to avoid using Conflicts/Breaks for Xorg ABI changes in the
future, the xserver-xorg-core package now Provides virtual ABI packages
xorg-input-abi-7.0, xorg-video-abi-6.0, and we're making drivers depend
on those, and provide xorg-driver-{input,video} (unversioned), and
eventually moving away from the xserver-xorg-{input,video}-$abi
packages. See also #573371.
The /usr/share/xserver-xorg/videodrvdep file (since xserver-xorg-dev
2:1.7.6.901) has the necessary dependency. Please adjust the fglrx
packaging for squeeze.
Thanks,
Julien
