[Pkg-fglrx-devel] Bug#650991: Powermodes does not work

Powermode switch (for notebook video cards) does not work, because
there is error in acpi/ati-powermodes.sh:
--lsp and other keys for /usr/bin/aticonfig are deprecated. Use Pplib instead...
