Brice just talked to me about this issue and I asked him to open
a bug in the BTS. I'm now subscribed to this bug (ie no need to
CC me explicitly if a copy is sent to the bug).

I just looked at the files from the AMD SDK. Looking at the
head of the headers files, it seems that they are updated version of
the Khronos SVN headers files, but, of course, we do not have access
to the internal Khronos SVN :-(((

I will open two bugs against opencl-headers:
- one to ask to update the headers (headers from Khronos site have
  been updated)
- one to ask to add a patch adding missing AMD extension. If I'm
right, amd is in the Khronos group and it should synchronize
with the group to avoid collision on extensions. So adding them
until Khronos release an official version with these extensions
  should not hurt.

  Regards,
    Vincent
