I hope there is no need for them. And once we would get them into the
archive, I'm not sure how to properly get them replaced by multiarch
packages - we can't make transitional packages because there are no
cross-arch-depends, yet.
A multiarch enabled dpkg was uploaded to experimental a few days ago,
please try it and and install amd-libopencl1:i386 etc. File bugs if this
does not work (or more libraries are needed to be multiarch enabled.

And for stable, easiest way should be the use of a i386 chroot.
