Yesterday AMD released a legacy driver mainly targeted for HD2000 throu HD4000 cards which includes support for xorg 1.12 (link: http://support.amd.com/us/kbarticles/Pages/catalyst126legacyproducts.aspx) It seems to be that the libpciaccess crash problem is missing in this release
