As I see it, libxvbaw.so{.1,} is the public interface, libamdxvba.so.1
the private implementation.
There are 2 implementations of both libraries (from fglrx,
fglrx-legacy), and we don't make any assumptions about the internal
interface between libxvbaw and libamdxvba, so we ship both copies of
libxvbaw, but we assume the the public interface of both libxvbaw
implementations is ABI/API compatible.

And then I decided to take the public interface as the virtual package
name and the internal library name for the package name.
