[Pkg-fglrx-devel] XvBA Tools

Dear all,

  Has anyone started working on XvBA Tools package ? Ref:

  I have been trying to compile it, but it looks as if framewave is
really needed to compile this package :

  So I went back to stable, dget+recompile the package within sid, fix
the g++ error (-fpermissive) with the attached patch.

  I can now compile XvBA Tools with libfwbase1-dev, libxv-dev,
libxvmc-dev and libxvbaw-dev (need usr/include/amdxvba.h).

  Since my request to join pkg-fglrx-devel was rejected for this
package, I suspect there is an issue with xvba tools. So could one of
the admin clarify the issue with XvBA Tool ? Is this something soon to
be deprecated ?
