Now we have a second 13.4 release ... with the following files changed
(after repacking):

1/fglrx-driver-13.4.orig/common/etc/ati/amdpcsdb.default
1/fglrx-driver-13.4.orig/common/etc/ati/control
1/fglrx-driver-13.4.orig/common/etc/ati/signature

But at least they changed the file name. Again.

I think we should include the sha512 hash of the upstream .zip or .run
file in the upstream version number we use.
