[Pkg-fglrx-devel] Bug#759338: fglrx-driver: update beta driver 14.6 with the second beta, and follow upstream naming

ATM, ATI/AMD has released two beta versions of 14.6.
The current version in experimental is the beta 1: linux-amd-catalyst-14.6-beta-v1.0-may23.zip
The latest beta 2 is: linux-amd-catalyst-14.6-beta-v1.0-jul11.zip

Please package the latest beta, and if possible, starting from this version and continue for the future release, follow the naming of upstream release.
For example: 1:14.6~betav1.0-jul11-1
This for avoid confusion for various user and to be more accurate.
Unfortunately proprietary driver are essential for the gpu computing, and this is true also for nvidia.
I use fglrx for boinc.
