[Pkg-fglrx-devel] Bug#735184: Maybe the default behaviour should not be to bail if installation is done inside chroot?

I see that this is meant to make sure people don't break their glx setup.
But that could also be archived by update-alternatives.

Also, the behaviour could maybe be different if install is happening inside a 
chroot.
