Hi,

If you ( esp satanas ) are missing the old testing version of fglrx you 
might consider using Debian snapshot which contains fglrx 13.12-4 until 
20140220T221049Z

just add this line to a file in your /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ directory

deb http://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian/20140220T221049Z testing 
main contrib non-free

and run

aptitude -o Acquire::Check-Valid-Until=false update

then you should be able to downgrade using your normal packet manager.
