[Pkg-fglrx-devel] Incorrect OpenCL binding

Hello,

Recently I discovered a bug in the package "amd-opencl-icd".

After extensively testing Sid, Testing, and Stable (and Ubuntu; and 
OpenSUSE) I can say with 100% of certainty that there is a problem with 
the current "[b]amd-opencl-icd[/b]" packages in Sid/Testing and 
Jessie-Backports.

In Jessie the default amd-opencl-icd package (v14.9) works fine and 
correctly binds my CPU to OpenCL (AMD R9 270X). However, the backported 
pacakge from sid (v15.7) doesn't. For some reason it doesn't bind my GPU 
with OpenCL.

Here you can see that, with amd-opencl-icd (15.7), my processor is the 
device binded to OpenCL. That's a problem.

Now, with the older amd-opencl-icd package installed (14.9), my GPU is 
listed as the OpenCL Compute device. That's correct.
