Hi,

/etc/ati/amdpcsdb.default is marked as a conffile, but it should not be;
it is not user-serviceable.

I noticed this when I had a reinstall after a manual uninstallation round,
and dpkg thought that since I had rm-ed the file, that was a conscious user
action, and it'd better put it in /etc/ati/amdpcsdb.default.dpkg-old instead.
This broke the driver.
