[Pkg-fonts-devel] Announcing the "list" file in SVN

I have added a file named packages/list which will list all packages
we maintain/co-maintain. This list will summarize, for each package,
who is the maintainer, who are the "co-maintainer(s)" and whether the
package's PTS is subscribed to the -bugs list (see my other recent
mail).

The format of this list is very crude as I'm not good for nice things
in such area. Feel free to reformat it to whichever style you
like...as long as it stays easy to read.
