[Pkg-fonts-devel] Nimbus Sans copyright?

Hi all,

I was looking at the first task on the TODO, and I found arial.ttf in
the gem package, which is not distributable as a ttf (only in .exe
form), bug filed as #372784.

In the typo3-src-3.7 package, I see another arial.ttf, which turns out
to be Nimbus Sans L version 1.06. Does anyone know the copyright status
of this font? The package also contains a nimbus.ttf.
