I would suggest avoiding being too specific about the internals of
packages in the package descriptions. We already had this discussion
while you were away, Paul and the conclusion was:

-it will require frequent changes to the descriptions
-alternatively, the descriptions will rapidly become outdated

Frequent changes are not a good idea because, some day, we will
finally have what's needed to properly translate package descriptions
(indeed, the DDTP is already of some use) so changing things too often
would be a challenge for future translators.

I would recommend being general enough to explain that the package
contains several fonts suitable for handling the Khmer language in
various situations.
