With that upload I made the font package team-maintained (team listed
in Maintainer and me listed in Uplaoders).

That means that I silently agree that anyone in the team can upload
the package after annoucing this to the list and adding him|herself to
the Uploaders line.

Please also note that ttf-dzongkha (indeed the Jomolhari font in it)
is now licensed under OFL.
