Hmmm, sory, but things don't seem to match still. And I don't think I
screwed up as I first cleaned out my build directory from other
versions of the package.

Apparently, the .orig.tar.gz file you used to build 1.001-2 is
different from the one in the archive.

I suggest you "apt-get source ttf-sil-scheherazade" from the archive,
and the rework your package from what you get there.
