You're right. An oversight on my part, sorry about that. (I initially 
thought I had the .odt in the orig.tar.gz but I dropped it when 
reorganizing the upstream tarball).

The fixed package with both pdf and odt is now available on:
http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/t/ttf-sil-dai-banna/ttf-sil-dai-banna_2.000-1.dsc
