[Pkg-fonts-devel] Please remove CIDfonts function from x-ttcidfont-conf

Hi Arne,

 I'll ask some Japanese TeX users (and also Debian Developer or on NM Process)
 in this weekend meeting about this issue. (I'm not familiar with TeX).
