Okay, Here is the list pacakged but not yet in Debian
* IPAfont (need to check translated license text)
* umefont (need to check its license)
* togoshi-font (once rejected from ftpmaster)
You can download those fonts package from my repository.

and I've packaged font that listed on your page
- dejima-fonts as ttf-dejima-mincho
- mplus font is a part of ttf-vlgothic
I think some of fonts you've listed will be added to Debian.
So I'll investigate it. Thanks.
