I must say that I am a bit confused due to the things that I read in the
Debian wiki. For instance, http://wiki.debian.org/Fonts/PackagingPolicy
(and siblings) still mentions defoma.

I'm not really sure what should be done regarding this. I think that I
will keep what I have for now, only doing some minor modifications.

Yes, I'm keeping the dh_installdefoma for now, but I upgraded the
Standards version.
