Please don't suggest x-ttcidfont-conf as that will go away once Xorg
transitions to using /usr/share/fonts instead of defoma. Later down
the track, Xorg upstream (Keith Packard specificially) planned to add
fontconfig support.

BTW, it would be good if you could add your full name to the from
address in your mail client configuration.
