defoma done and uploaded.

Since upstream doesn't work on this font any more and DejaVu/FreeFont
don't seem to want to take all the glyphs I might convert this to an
sfd-based project based in the pkg-fonts SVN. Will try to get this
done (and thus the two minor lintian complaints) before the squeeze
release.
